These kits include all the reagents for nucleic acid extraction, amplification (PCR or RT-PCR) of specific region and detection of the amplified products.
With its R&D capability and manufacturing facility, Sacace is able to provide you with a wide range of molecular biology diagnostic tests that accurately screen for the presence of disease in human, animal and food fields.
The kits produced by Sacace contain all required reagents for nucleic acid extraction, reverse transcription, amplification of specific genomic regions and detection by Real Time PCR. The products are designed to provide ease-of-use, they are CE-IVD marked in compliance with European Directive. So they contain the highest quality reagents to ensure consistency, reliability and a long shelf life.
From the earliest stages of product development and design, Sacace places a strong emphasis on quality. Thus, all aspects of the company’s manufacturing operations are subject to ISO 13485:2016 certification.
